Facial Fillers
We offer the full spectrum of facial fillers at IM&A. Not all fillers are the same and we take into consideration bone loss, collagen/volume loss, and patient preference into our selection of the specific filler that will fit the problem or need of each client. We have experience with all the various fillers and you can feel confident that you are in the best possible hands, whether looking to correct volume loss, cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, lines/wrinkles, strengthen the jaw, etc. We offer the Restylane line of fillers: Radiesse, Belotero Balance, Versa. Moreover, in certain areas we offer cannulas – which minimize the bruising and swelling associated with fillers.
Sculptra
As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra Aesthetic helps restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles. Sculptra works with your body within the deep dermis to help revitalize collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume.
As the Sculptra Aesthetic PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate collagen production. Rebuilt collagen strands begin gradually helping to restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds. This is a two treatment regimen that takes approximately 2 months to reach maximum effect, but those results can last up to 2 years or longer.
