Facial Fillers
We offer the full spectrum of facial fillers at IM&A. Not all fillers are the same and we take into consideration bone loss, collagen/volume loss, and patient preference into our selection of the specific filler that will fit the problem or need of each client. We have experience with all the various fillers and you can feel confident that you are in the best possible hands, whether looking to correct volume loss, cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, lines/wrinkles, strengthen the jaw, etc. We offer the Restylane line of fillers: Radiesse, Belotero Balance, Versa. Moreover, in certain areas we offer cannulas – which minimize the bruising and swelling associated with fillers.
Sculptra
As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra Aesthetic works beneath the surface to restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin rather than simply filling lines. By stimulating your body’s natural collagen production, Sculptra gradually improves skin firmness, volume, and overall quality—creating a more youthful, natural-looking appearance over time.
Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra addresses the root cause of facial aging: collagen loss. Radiesse

Sclerotherapy
