Our focus at Incandescence Medical & Aesthetics is to bring you cutting edge, current, science-backed services with a personal touch. We want our customers to feel at home and trust us with all their aesthetic and wellness needs. IM&A is nestled in the quaint town of Cherryville, which is centrally located only a short drive from Lincolnton, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Gastonia, as well as Charlotte. We have been in business since 2014 and specialize in fillers, neurotoxins, laser, and wellness.
Lutricia Bennett - RN, MSN, FNP-C / Owner and Nurse Practitioner
Lutricia Bennett is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience and a deep-rooted passion for helping patients feel as good as they look. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2006.
Her career began in family medicine before transitioning into nearly a decade in critical care as an intensivist, where she managed complex ICU patients. This experience shaped her clinical philosophy—one that prioritizes precision, safety, and a comprehensive understanding of the body.
In 2014, Lutricia founded Incandescence Medical & Aesthetics, where she brings together advanced aesthetics, hormone optimization, and integrative medicine. Her approach is centered on restoring confidence from the inside out—focusing on collagen stimulation, natural results, and long-term health rather than quick fixes.
She has a particular passion for caring for women in midlife, guiding them through the changes of perimenopause and menopause with a personalized, evidence-based approach. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling more confident, more energized, and more like themselves than when they walked in.
Lutricia is known for her ability to blend clinical expertise with an artistic eye, creating results that are both natural and transformative.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys life with her husband Kevin and their daughters, Elizabeth and Audrey, at their country home in Lincolnton. She values time with family, strength training, hiking, and traveling.
Lutricia is now a certified Obesity Medicine Clinician.
Misty Wright - RN, MSN, FNP-C
Misty Wright is a family nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience. She is a graduate of Gaston College and Winston Salem State University with her BSN. She later graduated with her MSN and Nurse Practitioner degree in 2014 from the University of Southern Indiana. She has worked almost exclusively in the Cleveland and Gaston County areas. Since Graduating with her NP degree she has subspecialized in Internal and Emergency Medicine. She has cared for patients of all age ranges from providing primary care to critical illnesses and traumatic injuries. She has a passion for wellness and disease prevention. She believes patient education is the key to wellness and health. Some of her favorite procedures are vein sclerotherapy and laser treatments. In her free time she spends time with her family. She has been married to her husband Robert for 18 years and has 4 children, Cheyanne, Derrick, Keilee, and Tristan. She has a passion for traveling, farming, and horses.
Misty is now a certified Obesity Medicine Clinician.
Tori Seagle - RN
Tori Seagle is from Shelby, North Carolina. She went to The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with a Major in Psychology and Public Health. She also attended Gardner Webb University, and graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing. Her career began in the Emergency Department for 3 years, and then transitioned to Home Health, where she remains on call in the evenings. Tori is one of our nurse injectors, a weight loss coach, and runs our IV clinic. She is married to her husband Jay, and they have a 6 month old baby boy, Waylon. She also has a furry child, Thea. Tori is a family girl, and loves to spend all her extra time making memories with them!
Andrea Magliozzi - RN
Andrea comes to Incandescence, with over 10 years of dermatology experience and more than two years working in the NICU. Her background in medical dermatology has given her a strong foundation in skin health, anatomy, and safe, evidence-based treatment skills that she brings to aesthetic medicine and wellness.
She provides care in weight-loss management, neuromodulator (Botox) injections, and laser treatments. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident, supported, and empowered, whether their goal is improving their skin, enhancing their natural features, or achieving a healthier lifestyle. Her approach blends clinical expertise with personalized care to create natural, balanced, and sustainable results.
When she isn't in the office, you can usually find her spending time with her family or getting lost in a great book. She is grateful to be part of each patient’s journey and looks forward to helping patients look and feel their best.
Robin Hawkins - LMA
Robin Hawkins is a resident of Cleveland County where she spends her time with her husband of 32 years and three sons, Alex, Steven and Jordan. She has three fur babies (well fur horses, they're Great Danes). She has one grandson, named Eli. She has been a licensed aesthetician since 2018 and has her medical assistant license, as well. Robin loves salt facials, chemical peels, microneedling and laser. She loves helping patients achieve their skincare goals and is our go to skincare expert.
Amber Oliver - RMA
Amber is a registered medical assistant with 8 years of clinical and clerical experience and has a history in PCP and Dermatology. Amber loves all things skin and is a huge skincare advocate. She is married to Patrick and they have 2 children, Christopher and Kaelyn. In her downtime, she breeds dachshunds and loves to spend time with her family.
Amber Avery - Office manager and Patient Care Coordinator
Amber Avery is from Mount Holly, North Carolina. After college, she worked as a Teacher’s Assistant and Tutor in Gaston County Schools. Before working for IM&A, Amber was a Corporate Executive Manager for an international company. At IM&A, Amber hopes to connect with clientele and enhance customer experience, bringing with her customer service and management experience. She is married to her husband, Tommy. They have two girls named Madison and Miriam, and a dog named Belle. She has always loved to sing, and has even sung in Carnegie Hall!
